They say location is everything, And that i'd have to concur here. The place itself is in desperate need of the overhaul. Everything worked, it felt safe, and also the location was awesome, however it's just on the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I do not mean to complain also much, but basically the windows were all really in need of replacement, as were being the doors, the trim, much of the home furnishings, and so forth.
The coffee table was damaged, two of the three plastic chairs outside have been broken. The house really could use a good power washing and that would make a large improvement into the deck. The house has so much potential it truly is sad to see it getting run down. I Certainly loved the area, but when improvements are usually not made would not lease house all over again. This house has an awesome location, it’s right to the beach. We really savored our stay. The assets needs some improvements and upgrades.
From the outside, the house looks a little “operate down” compared to neighboring properties. But from the looks with the neighboring properties, they would be well outside of our price variety. The interior photos ended up accurate and everything worked fine.
